In this regard, Gamma Legal guarantees compliance with the current regulations on personal data protection, as reflected in Organic Law 15/1999 of December 13, on the Protection of Personal Data, and in Royal Decree 1720/2007 of December 21, which approves the Regulation for the Development of the LOPD.

Gamma Legal has the obligation to inform users of the website about the collection of personal data that may take place, whether through email submissions or by filling out forms included on the website. In this regard, Gamma Legal will be considered the data controller for the data collected via the previously described means.
Furthermore, Gamma Legal informs users that the purpose of processing the collected data includes: addressing requests made by users, inclusion in the contact agenda, providing services, managing commercial relationships, and other purposes.

Organic Law 15/1999 of December 13, on the Protection of Personal Data grants data subjects the ability to exercise a series of rights related to the processing of their personal data. As long as the user’s data is subject to processing by Gamma Legal, users may exercise their rights of access, rectification, cancellation, and opposition in accordance with the provisions of the applicable data protection legislation.
To exercise these rights, the user must send a written communication, providing documentation that proves their identity (ID or passport), to the following address: Gamma Legal, C. de Santurce, Cdad. Lineal, 28017, Madrid or the address that may be replaced in the General Data Protection Registry. This communication must include the following information: Name and surname of the user, request for the petition, address, and supporting data.
The exercise of rights must be carried out by the user themselves. However, they may be executed by an authorized person acting as the legal representative of the authorized individual. In this case, documentation must be provided proving this representation.
